Hanook Yousaf’s Story
My name is Hanook Yousaf. I am currently imprisoned in Central Jail Sahiwal, facing charges of robbery and murder. My arrest was based on mere suspicion, and I have been sentenced to death. As a poor family, my elderly parents—my father Yousaf, who is 64, and my mother Mukhtaran Bibi, who is 61—are struggling immensely without me.
I was the sole provider for my parents, working as a laborer on local farms to earn daily wages. Now, with me in jail, they are left without any support. They cannot afford legal representation to prove my innocence and are in desperate need of help.
Our financial situation is dire. We have no support from relatives, who avoid us due to fear of being asked for money. Any assistance they receive is sporadic and insufficient. My parents are forced to live from hand to mouth, relying on occasional charity from village members.
Request for Support
I humbly request compassionate individuals to pray for my family and provide financial aid to support my parents. Their well-being is deteriorating, and they are at risk of suffering from poor living conditions and inadequate medical care. Your generosity could make a significant difference in their lives and offer them a glimmer of hope in these dark times.
